About The Position

Northwest Playground Equipment, Inc. We partner with high quality manufacturers to provide a variety of playground equipment options, playground safety surfacing, site furnishings, interactive play, and much more. We are an established company with a 29-year history of helping our Customers build Community through play! Northwest Playground is looking for a full-time Project Success Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Success Coordinator, your primary role will be to provide support and assistance to the assigned Parks Consultant for the designated territory, while hitting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually KPI's that have been designed to provide the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, growing organization, with a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Customer service skills.
  • Willingness to partner and solve problems cross-departmentally.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce or related CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Creating quotes for customers using Salesforce, ensuring all necessary information is provided by the Sales Representative.
  • Converting approved quotes into sales orders, ensuring accurate information transfer and providing necessary customer and logistical details.
  • Reviewing contract documents for scope of work, wage requirements, completion dates, safety plans, lead times, penalty clauses, resale certificates, and ensuring all sections are filled out.
  • Assisting in the preparation of bids by collecting bid documents, project names, locations, bid due dates, and specific contractor information.
  • Maintaining communication with customers and vendors regarding quotes, orders, and queries, and collaborating with vendors for pricing.
  • Being available for customers via telephone, web meetings, or other channels, providing prompt responses, resolving issues, and offering product information.
  • Occasionally preparing packets and posters for presentations and assisting in the preparation of materials for sales and marketing events.
  • Working with customers and manufacturers to resolve parts cases within 72 hours and submitting warranty claims or quoting new parts.
  • Providing support to other departments such as Logistics and Accounting.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to organize and manage accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Maintaining physical and digital project files, organizing quotes, bids, tax rates, vendor quotes, freight details, and email chains.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and questions promptly, acting as a helpful resource.
  • Cultivating positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
