Requirements

  • Effective leadership and communication skills to influence across teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent multitasking
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating Microsoft Office and digital platform

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams to drive multiple projects forward
  • Ensure job deadlines, logistics, and quality expectations are consistently met
  • Coordinate accurate and timely product orders to hit monthly install goals
  • Partner with Office Managers and Installers to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
  • Review contracts and create Material & Labor ATPs for accurate ordering
  • Audit client contracts for accuracy and scope alignment while proactively managing timelines to ensure on-time completion and smooth installations.
  • Track project progress through the full life-cycle using our customer service database
  • Manage contractor back charges and commission adjustments as project changes occur
