Under general supervision, performs various office support activities including confidential investigations and record collection, budget administration, weekly payroll processing, and compilation and analyses of data, and administrative tasks of similar nature as needed to meet the Authority’s EEO and Compliance Programs department goals and objectives. Assists with organizing and managing the department's record management systems for DAC, ADA, and EEO programs to ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies, including but not limited to: Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Federal Transit Administration, Department of Transportation, Illinois Department of Transportation, and/or Illinois Department of Human Resources.
