About The Position

As a Project Scheduler, you will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules that drive the successful execution of industrial construction projects. This role supports project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and project controls activities while partnering with project management, field operations, and leadership teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, construction planning, or related functions.
  • Experience using Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling software.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and updating baseline project schedules.
  • Experience collaborating with project teams, field supervision, and project controls personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles.
  • Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain complex construction schedules.
  • Ability to interpret project documentation, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules that drive the successful execution of industrial construction projects.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and project controls activities.
  • Partner with project management, field operations, and leadership teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Project Controls professionals, Superintendents, field leadership, and operations teams to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial and capital projects.
  • Analyze schedule performance.
  • Evaluate critical path activities.
  • Track project progress.
  • Update milestone dates.
  • Identify risks that could impact project execution.
  • Gather progress updates from project stakeholders.
  • Incorporate scope changes and field conditions into schedule forecasts.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate schedule status to management and clients.
  • Ensure schedule integrity across multiple projects using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
  • Recommend recovery plans, mitigation strategies, and sequencing improvements that contribute to safe, productive, and successful project delivery.
