About The Position

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, milestones, and project objectives. This role works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and field teams to drive efficiency, mitigate delays, and ensure successful execution. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the project sites in Westhampton as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–8 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls
  • Strong proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, amenities-driven environments, or client-facing spaces
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheets is a huge plus
  • Exposure to projects involving high-end residential, resorts, or lifestyle-focused developments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules from initiation through completion
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and sequencing
  • Track progress against milestones and proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies
  • Analyze schedule performance and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate scheduling updates and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support change management by assessing schedule impacts and adjusting timelines accordingly
  • Coordinate with onsite teams during key project phases
  • Ensure schedules align with project goals, budgets, and operational requirements
  • Assist with project planning, forecasting, and closeout activities
