Requirements

Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate schedule feasibility, resource constraints, and project risks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex schedule information into clear updates for technical and management audiences.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling principles, and industry best practices.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify issues and drive them toward resolution.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
5 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 3 years with a Masters; 9 years of experience can be accepted without a degree
Experience must include project planning, scheduling, and other related duties

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard project management and scheduling tools, including task sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements.
Monitor project performance and schedule health, identifying potential delays, variances, and emerging issues before they impact key milestones.
Analyze schedule impacts and work with project teams to develop practical corrective actions and recovery strategies.
Identify and manage critical path activities, schedule risks, constraints, and interdependencies to support successful project execution.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure action items are completed on time.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and high-level program schedules for management and stakeholder review.
Prepare clear, concise schedule reports and briefings that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, upcoming milestones, and areas requiring attention.
Facilitate schedule and planning meetings, working closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
Communicate schedule changes and project status effectively to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project scheduling processes, tools, and best practices.
