About The Position

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major greenfield data center construction project entering Phase Two. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile mission-critical project, working alongside project leadership to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution. The successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data center, mission-critical, industrial, or heavy commercial sectors.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling methodologies
Advanced experience using Primavera P6 is essential
Microsoft Project experience is also beneficial
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced construction environment

Nice To Haves

Previous data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred
Experience working on greenfield developments is an advantage

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule throughout Phase Two of construction
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities for recovery
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure schedule alignment
Produce weekly and monthly schedule updates, reports, and look-ahead programmes
Analyze project performance against baseline schedules and provide recommendations for corrective action
Coordinate schedule impacts related to procurement, engineering, commissioning, and turnover activities
Support project planning meetings and communicate critical path activities to the wider project team
Ensure schedule accuracy while maintaining clear documentation of changes and revisions
