Project Scheduler
About The Position
Rinvio is hiring a Project Scheduler for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The role involves owning or supporting P6 schedule development, updates, lookaheads, critical path analysis, progress tracking, variance reporting, and recovery planning. The Project Scheduler will coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls. They will also be responsible for keeping project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover, and tracking issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution. The position supports a high-urgency hyperscale data center build.
Requirements
- Experience with cost, quantity, schedule, progress, change, or commercial controls on construction projects
- Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
- Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
- Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
