About The Position

Alston Construction is hiring an entry- to early-career Project Scheduler to support planning, monitoring, and communication of schedules across Mission Critical construction projects, including data centers, critical facilities, and high-performance environments. The role is based on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and requires travel. It emphasizes using AI tools to accelerate schedule development, improve reporting, identify risks, and communicate progress to project teams and owners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and interested in construction planning and digital tools. The scheduler will develop and maintain schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover; coordinate schedule interfaces among project disciplines and stakeholders; and support owner reporting and schedule-related project controls. The position uses Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, project management platforms such as Procore, and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot. The scheduler will apply AI to schedule narratives, delay analyses, status reports, risk identification, and recurring reporting, and contribute scheduling use cases to the company’s AI prompt library.
