Project Sales Executive

PSR Mechanical•Seattle, WA

About The Position

PSR Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Sales Executive for its Seattle office. PSR is a privately held commercial HVAC services company serving building owners and operators throughout Puget Sound, and is part of Service Logic. Project Sales Executives develop engineered HVAC and energy solutions by learning about clients’ building asset strategies and proposing facility improvements that offer a positive return on investment. Opportunities are primarily negotiated design-build HVAC and controls retrofits and upgrades, many generated through PSR’s maintenance customer base. The role develops project opportunities and new business, assesses client needs, coordinates with internal and external resources, and takes proposals through presentation and negotiation to close. The executive also maintains a proposal backlog, records sales activity in Salesforce.com, develops technical and market expertise, and promotes PSR’s service, maintenance, and energy programs. The position involves extensive local travel to client sites and work around mechanical equipment, ladders, noise, and confined spaces. PSR provides remodeled private offices; flexible hours and work from home are possibilities.
