About The Position

This role will be working directly in the Music Industry team at Client's Music, the team that strives to grow the business through external partnerships with record labels, artists, managers in pursuit of content, promotion and fan engagement. Client's Music is fun and a fast-paced environment, and this position requires regular communication with internal and external partners and departments. The Program Manager role will involve a combination of support responsibilities and an opportunity to work on projects handled directly by the Music Industry team - specifically Global Industry Operations - and their areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. The Global Industry Operations (GIO) Team is Client's Music's dedicated program management and operational efficiency team, serving as a strategic partner in connecting artists with fans through expertly executed programs. With team members across Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, and London, GIO brings structure and consistency to complex, large-scale initiatives. GIO operates through two core areas: Program Management: Overseeing the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of large-scale cross-organizational campaigns and initiatives across all music genres. This includes live music events, cultural moments, artist campaigns, and major company priorities. They have developed standardized workflows and templated resources that ensure consistent, efficient execution across projects. Operational Excellence: Identifying opportunities and developing improvements to content workflows, tooling, release planning, and cross-team collaboration. Through their Operational Excellence workstream—which includes specialists from across Label Relations, Artist Relations, and Programming—they have implemented key enhancements including streamlined project management tools and enhanced platform functionality that reduces friction in label operations.
