What you'll be doing Project Planning & Coordination: Elevate project execution by reviewing key documents and driving schedules, tasks, and resource alignment. Documentation Management: Keep projects sharp with organized, accurate notes, reports, and logs. Communication & Collaboration: Be the heartbeat of the project—keeping teams, leaders, and stakeholders aligned and informed. Resource Management: Ensure the right people and tools are in the right place at the right time. Meeting & Logistics Support: Run seamless meetings with clear agendas, sharp notes, and strong follow‑through. Progress Tracking: Stay ahead of issues by monitoring milestones and delivering fast, clear updates. Budget & Revenue Support: Maintain financial clarity by tracking budgets, revenue, and expenses with precision. Risk & Issue Support: Spot risks early and help drive smart, timely mitigation. Quality & Process Adherence: Uphold high standards in every document, deliverable, and process. Operational Problem Solving: Quickly clear roadblocks to keep momentum strong and projects moving.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Strong MS Office skills (Excel pivot tables, reporting tools required)
Experience with financial or project management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage shifting priorities
Problem-solving mindset with follow-through and accountability
Thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
