We're looking for a friendly, dependable, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Project & Office Coordinator to support Ennoble Care as we establish operations in a new market. This is a fully onsite, five-day-per-week role, and for approximately the first six months, you may be the primary Ennoble Care employee working from our temporary local office. While you'll have plenty of support from colleagues and leaders across the organization, you should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and staying productive with limited onsite supervision. You'll receive projects and assignments from across Ennoble Care. Some assignments may be interesting and challenging. Others will be routine administrative work that simply needs to get done. No task is "too small" in this role. While you may initially be the only Ennoble Care employee regularly working from the office, you will also be our local representative. That means we're looking for someone who is naturally friendly, welcoming, professional, and comfortable talking to people. If a government representative, regulator, healthcare professional, community partner, or other visitor walks through the door, you should feel comfortable greeting them, learning what they need, and speaking confidently about Ennoble Care at an appropriate level. Strong writing skills are important in this position. You may be asked to draft emails, prepare summaries, document a process, communicate project updates, or turn a conversation into a clear written document. We're looking for someone who can write clearly and professionally and who pays attention to grammar, spelling, tone, and accuracy.
