About The Position

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Project & Office Coordinator to support our operations in a new market. This is a fully onsite, five-day-per-week role. Initially, you may be the primary Ennoble Care employee working from our temporary local office, requiring comfort with independent work, initiative, and productivity with limited onsite supervision. You will handle a variety of tasks, from independent project work and research to routine administrative duties. This role is crucial for representing Ennoble Care locally, requiring a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with visitors such as government representatives, regulators, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Strong writing and communication skills are essential for drafting correspondence, summaries, and process documentation. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools are also important.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Highly dependable and comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and changing priorities.
  • Resourceful and willing to take ownership of both project work and routine office responsibilities.
  • Reliable, consistent availability to work onsite five days per week is essential.
  • Comfortable with technology and excited to learn new tools.
  • Ability to change direction when priorities shift.
  • Comfortable with routine administrative work.
  • Bachelor's/associate’s degree preferred, but not required.

  • Genuinely comfortable working alone for extended periods of the workday.
  • Can stay motivated and productive without a manager physically present.

  • Experience with Claude or other AI tools—or are excited to learn how to use them effectively.
  • Can take an assignment and independently figure out how to move it forward.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently on assigned projects and provide updates to project owners.
  • Research information and summarize findings clearly.
  • Draft emails, documents, presentations, and other communications.
  • Update spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and shared documents.
  • Coordinate projects involving multiple departments.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals, regulatory representatives, community partners, vendors, and candidates.
  • Coordinate with vendors, receive deliveries, manage mail, and order supplies.
  • Address and resolve office issues.
  • Assist with other priorities as they arise.
