About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with client interaction and stakeholder management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, team meetings, and project reviews, ensuring effective communication and participation.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage and track project documentation, ensuring all relevant information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Act as a liaison between various project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving project impediments, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to established project methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in various administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
