About The Position

This role supports preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities. The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transmission, substation, and large-load interconnection projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives. This includes developing, baselining, and actively managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk across all phases of capital project execution. The position drives cross-functional coordination among Planning, Engineering, Construction, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution. It also involves applying power system modeling and grid analysis insights to inform engineering decisions, interconnection strategies, and project optimization. The role specifically manages hyperscaler and data center interconnection projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements and load growth demands. Ensuring full compliance with FERC, NERC, and applicable regional/local regulatory requirements, including permitting and reporting obligations, is critical. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, developers, consultants, and executive leadership, providing clear communication and strategic updates.
