About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage projects through all phases of design and construction. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, while coordinating multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. The Project Manager will manage client relationships, facilitate meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and overseeing project documentation, reports, presentations, and schedules. The role also requires monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing proactive solutions, ensuring compliance with building codes, permitting requirements, and industry standards. Collaboration with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues is essential, as is maintaining design quality, technical accuracy, and project objectives. The position supports project planning, coordination, and construction administration activities, and fosters a collaborative team environment through mentorship, leadership, and effective delegation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated project management experience within architecture, design, or related industries.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
  • Experience working on commercial, civic, academic, housing, mixed-use, or similar project types.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and permitting processes.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
  • Architectural licensure.
