This position is responsible for processing and maintaining sales files, including listings, escrows, and closings. The role also involves processing commissions accurately and in a timely manner. Key duties include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting customers, and providing support to Sales Associates with marketing, technology, and other requests. The Sales Coordinator will also prepare flyers and social media images using existing company templates, participate in onboarding new Sales Associates, and interact with Title companies for updating and maintaining commission demands. Familiarity with general office equipment like email, fax, scanners, copiers, printers, and phones is required. This role demands a high level of customer service ability and involves working from the front desk Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
