This position is responsible for processing and maintaining sales files, including listings, escrows, and closings. The role also involves timely processing of commissions, answering multi-line telephones, greeting customers, and assisting Sales Associates with marketing and technology needs. The Sales Coordinator will prepare flyers and social media images using company templates, participate in onboarding new Sales Associates, and interact with Title companies, updating and maintaining commission demands. Familiarity with general office equipment is required. This role demands a high level of customer service ability and involves working from the front desk Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
