About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for keeping teams aligned and initiatives moving forward. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic individual who can juggle multiple priorities while keeping the big picture in focus. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating timelines, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting agile delivery, bringing clarity, consistency, and a calm presence to every project.

Requirements

  • Managed cross-functional project team resources (internal and third parties), inclusive of resource effort estimation & leveling, cost planning and budget control
  • Employed agile and/or traditional PM tools and techniques to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives (preferably having done so in a not-for-profit and/or healthcare setting)
  • Developed and facilitated planning and working sessions, including stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Supported product owners by managing expectations for project deliverables, ensuring stakeholder communication is clear and concise
  • Lead and motivated desired behaviours and inspired others to top performance through affective coaching tactics, mentorship and collaboration
  • Knowledge, skills and desire to assist in the building of PMO processes, techniques and tools designed to drive project delivery in a not-for-profit environment
  • Experience contributing to initiatives within the healthcare sector or public policy implementation, with an understanding of the complexities and stakeholder dynamics involved
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity—able to “work in the grey” by navigating evolving priorities, interpreting incomplete information, and driving clarity where it’s needed most
