About The Position

This position will support the execution of Training and Technical Assistance programs within the Health Center Operations and Governance (HCOG) team. The Project Manager will play a key role in program coordination, operational support, process improvement, and training delivery across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. A passion for public health and nonprofit work is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person trainings or events
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to quickly learn tools such as Qualtrics or other evaluation platforms
  • Experience with Tech Hosting - must have experience with providing technical support for virtual trainings (in MS Teams and/or Zoom) with more than100 participants, including breakout room management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting training, technical assistance, or nonprofit programs preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar preferred)
  • Experience with Qualtrics is a plus.
  • A passion for public health and nonprofit work is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day coordination and execution of training and technical assistance initiatives across multiple projects and funding streams
  • Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and progress, and prepare routine status updates
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, schedules, and project milestones
  • Identify risks or challenges and proactively recommend solutions or adjustments
  • Develop, document, and maintain workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal guidance materials
  • Support operational improvements and change management related to tools, processes, or reporting requirements
  • Provide technical and logistical support for virtual, hybrid, and in-person trainings and events, including monitoring attendance, managing engagement tools, and coordinating logistics
  • Assist with preparation, distribution, and follow-up of training materials
  • Support documentation, evaluation tools, participant feedback summaries, and reporting
  • Draft or support development of training materials, resource documents, and stakeholder communications as needed
  • Provide additional organizational and cross-functional support as assigned
