Project Manager - Custom Residential Construction
About The Position
We are seeking a proven operator, a project leader who can help take our company to the next level and continue to establish us as the preferred choice for custom luxury homes in Northern Utah. This role requires discipline, ownership at every level, and the ability to deliver at a standard most builders can’t sustain. Peterson Builders has a 50-year reputation in the Ogden Valley, and we are looking for someone to help raise the bar again by bringing the leadership, discipline, and execution required to scale our operations. This means higher expectations, less tolerance for inconsistency, and zero room for 'good enough.' We are looking for great people to support us as we take on more market share, and the individuals in this role will be instrumental in achieving that outcome. Success in this role is defined by predictable, well-run projects, strong financial performance, high-end execution without breakdowns, satisfied clients who trust the process, and consistency that allows us to take on bigger, more complex projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years in custom residential construction
- Strong understanding of building science
- Experience managing high end luxury budgets and schedules
