About The Position

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects under the NAVAIR (Naval Air Systems Command) in Patuxent, Maryland. Requirements

• Masters of Science degree OR Masters of Art degree
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance OR the ability to obtain a Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions.
• Experience utilizing NAVAIR management tools.
• Experience developing acquisition strategies.
• Experience developing and executing integrated Government schedules.
• Experience developing, managing and executing budget and phasing plans.
• Experience with cost and performance trades.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
