About The Position

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This key personnel position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing schedules and meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • More than 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Active Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to program leadership and project teams.
  • Conduct research and compile information to prepare statistical reports, presentations, and other management documents.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other official documentation.
  • Respond to information requests and maintain accurate administrative records and files.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference calls, virtual meetings, and other events.
  • Receive and assist visitors while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, and special events from planning through completion.
  • Review documents to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records to support program operations and reporting requirements.
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Support office operations by performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
