About The Position

Requirements

Masters of Science degree OR Masters of Art degree
10+ years of professional experience
Active Secret Security Clearance OR the ability to obtain a Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Nice To Haves

Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions.
Experience utilizing NAVAIR management tools.
Experience developing acquisition strategies.
Experience developing and executing integrated Government schedules.
Experience developing, managing and executing budget and phasing plans.
Experience with cost and performance trades.

Responsibilities

Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
