Responsibilities

Be available for two to three customer calls per day, including some weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer availability.
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Generate leads by attending networking events, home shows, and community events, and by making outbound calls.
Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
Complete agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate forms.
Consult with homeowners on heating, cooling, and ventilation options.
Coordinate with installation and service teams to support the customer experience.
