  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing SOWs, burn reports, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business).

  • Develop and manage detailed project SOWs, staff plans, and resource allocations, proactively addressing scope creep and ensuring the right talent is on the job.
  • Own account financials, including SOW development, burn rate tracking, budget reconciliation, and providing regular, clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate accurate project timelines, escalating risks as needed and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, working with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Analytics, and Account Management) to deliver cohesive, best-in-class solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and interns, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
