About The Position

SAIC is proud to support the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) under the Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) contract. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage key initiatives supporting the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). This role will focus on overseeing projects ranging from IT infrastructure improvements to policy implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering federal contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment to project goals and objectives within a dynamic and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution processes, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver project documentation, including charters, plans, risk management strategies, and progress reports, tailored to meet federal agency requirements.
• Interface directly with FDIC stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, compliance requirements, and program deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, manage vendor relationships, and oversee team performance to meet project milestones effectively.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to align processes with FDIC policies, federal regulations, and best practices.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to maintain project progress and address challenges proactively.
• Facilitate collaborative discussions and foster alignment among technical, business, and compliance teams.
