Requirements

2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume scattered-site rehabs.
Strong 'Multi-Trade' Knowledge: Understanding how changes in one area impact another.
Solid understanding of local building codes and common inspection requirements.
Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractor relationships and working with the ResiPro team.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for daily travel in the Orlando/Central Florida Market.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial property evaluations using technology to build scopes of work in real-time.
Coordinate and schedule inspections, representing the company professionally.
Identify and document all repair needs, ensuring the scope accounts for visible defects and secondary work.
Flag high-cost, high-liability, and 'deal-killer' items during inspection to meet acquisition criteria.
Ensure structural, mechanical, and safety concerns are captured accurately to prevent budget overruns and timeline delays.
Direct and oversee residential renovations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Schedule and manage subcontractors to execute specific line items according to the scope and ResiPro's standards.
Perform consistent site visits to verify work progress and ensure subcontractors meet expectations for quality, material usage, and project specifications.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and monitor necessary permits and documentation.
Perform comprehensive final walk-throughs to ensure homes meet internal quality and safety standards before completion.
Verify that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are fully functional and finish work meets craftsmanship expectations.
Document the final condition of the property to ensure it is move-in ready for resale or inspection.
Ensure the property is clean, well-lit, and fully prepared for market presentation.
