About The Position

Tori Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial drywalling, metal stud framing, and other Division 9 trade projects. The Project Manager ensures construction crews complete assigned projects on time and within budget. The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The role includes managing project documentation, quality control, change management, project costs, and billing. The Project Manager will work with the project team, trades, and the Project Superintendent to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of framing and drywall experience in new construction, renovation, and interior buildouts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Procore construction management software and project scheduling software.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential project information and working with colleagues and other professionals.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field is strongly preferred.
• Operational experience and/or experience in the luxury construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and submit project logs, drawings, and specifications.
• Create and submit RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation as needed.
• Perform field inspections, record inspection results, and notify the Project Superintendent of items of concern.
• Create and maintain change order logs; communicate with affected trades; log change events; and prepare and issue change orders.
• Review internal invoices with the project team, request and review schedules, and ensure payment is received.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
