About The Position

Tori Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial drywalling, metal stud framing, and other Division 9 projects. The role ensures construction crews complete assigned projects on time and within budget. The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Project Manager tracks and submits project logs, drawings, and specifications; prepares RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation; performs and records field inspections; and communicates quality concerns to the Project Superintendent. The role also manages change orders and change events, coordinates with affected trades, reviews invoices with the project team, requests and reviews schedules, and helps ensure payment is received. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of framing and drywall experience in new construction, renovation, and interior buildouts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Procore construction management software and project scheduling software.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential project information and dealing with colleagues and other professionals inside and outside the company.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field is strongly preferred.
• Operational experience and/or experience in the luxury construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and submit project logs, drawings, and specifications.
• Create and submit RFIs, change orders, and other appropriate project documentation.
• Perform field inspections, record inspection results, and inform the Project Superintendent of items of concern.
• Create and maintain change order logs, communicate with affected trades, log change events, and prepare and issue change orders.
• Review internal invoices with the project team, request and review schedules, and ensure payment is received.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
