About The Position

STUDIOS Architecture is seeking a Project Manager with a passion for thoughtful, forward-thinking design for its New York office. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
7-10 years of New York-based project management experience at an architectural or interior design firm
Experience working on large commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, cultural, or other complex projects
Experience managing project teams, creating project proposals and fees, reviewing contracts and invoices, and interfacing with clients
Capable of leading multiple projects independently as well as collaborating on larger-scale projects as part of a team
Ability to balance demands on multiple projects at various stages of development
Ability to develop designs with an understanding of building systems, sustainability requirements, accessibility, and code compliance
Strong technical knowledge of Type I, Type II construction, construction detailing, building materials, and systems
Design and documentation experience using Revit required
Licensed Architect in the State of New York
