We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Manager with a strong focus on relationship management and a proven track record of delivering value in SaaS software environments. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively and will drive innovative solutions to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, preferably with Tier 1 financial institutions in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful SaaS projects that provide measurable value.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to write and execute client-facing Work Orders and Statements of Work.
  • Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions in project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest SaaS platforms and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Financial Crime domain would be beneficial.
  • Experience migrating clients and software from on-premise solutions to SaaS is ideal.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing strategic solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and on-premise software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business goals.
  • Lead project teams to innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance the value delivered to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth through effective project strategies.
  • Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the project team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SaaS technologies to drive project success.
  • Develop project strategies that align with the overall business innovation agenda.
  • Achieve or surpass revenue targets set for the project portfolio.
  • Drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client engagements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Meet and exceed project milestones and deadlines with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong client relationships that result in positive testimonials and references.
  • Achieve high client satisfaction scores and secure client willingness to act as references or provide case studies.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and time to ensure profitability goals are met.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation to enhance financial outcomes.
