About The Position

Verdantas is hiring a Project Manager to lead water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. The role involves planning, designing, and delivering projects while managing scope, schedules, and budgets. The Project Manager will guide and mentor engineers, designers, and CAD professionals, collaborate across disciplines, prepare and review technical deliverables, and work with clients and regulatory agencies. The role also contributes to business development through proposal support and client engagement. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement in any Midwest office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater project delivery.
• A strong foundation in project management and team leadership.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Solid technical expertise and a passion for delivering quality work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
