The Project Manager is part of a leadership team responsible for day-to-day management of water/wastewater construction projects. The role plans project tasks, timelines, and resources; leads communication among stakeholders; manages risk; and monitors progress against the schedule. The position also supports business development, recruiting, and the development of an inclusive, safety-focused project culture. This is an active, hands-on position with significant time on construction sites and some office work. Site conditions may include varied weather, moderate to loud noise, uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, hoists, elevated or confined areas, and moving mechanical equipment. Office work may involve prolonged sitting for computer work, document review, and meetings. The role requires flexibility to work extended hours during critical project phases or client deadlines, and to respond to time-sensitive business needs or emergencies outside regular hours. Clark describes the position as part of a demanding, high-performance environment. The company requires a pre-employment drug fitness-for-duty screening and conducts random quarterly tests. Compensation includes a base salary, bonus potential, and benefits. The stated base salary range is $85,000–$185,000, with pay varying based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
