About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews ⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations ⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables ⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Requirements

Experience leading enterprise Quality Engineering Strategy design organizations, QE CoEs, or TCoEs.
Experience driving QE governance, delivery excellence, and quality transformation initiatives.
Experience working with customer QE leadership on quality engineering strategy and process standardization.
Experience managing multi-vendor delivery engagements and stakeholder governance.
Experience leading large-scale Agile delivery programs across multiple teams.
Experience driving AI maturity, AI-enabled testing adoption, and change management initiatives.
Experience with Retail Digital Transformation and Supply Chain Transformation programs.
Experience managing onsite and offshore teams and client-facing engagements.
Experience with test automation, API testing, and modern quality engineering practices.
Experience in executive reporting, risk management, delivery governance, and account leadership.
Experience supporting account growth, innovation, solutioning, and business development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
