About The Position

The Project Manager will plan, organize, and manage complex water infrastructure projects from project turnover thru project completion. This role involves leading an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. The Project Manager will also conduct cost analysis, prepare budgets, perform risk assessments, and develop project schedules. A key aspect of the role is acting as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The position also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams and performing other related duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Construction, Manufacturing, Business, or Engineering, highly desirable.
  • PMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage complex water infrastructure projects from project turnover thru project completion.
  • Oversee Project customers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.
  • Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
  • Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
  • Plan and develop structured project schedules that maximize efficiency while maintaining stringent client deadlines.
  • Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager.
