About The Position

Intralox is seeking a Project Manager to join its Logistics & Material Handling (LMH) Equipment Proposal and Project Management Team at its Hanover, Maryland location. This is an onsite role that connects customers, engineering, manufacturing, and business operations. The Project Manager develops technical proposals and leads equipment projects from concept through delivery, helping customers solve material handling challenges. The role is demanding and fast-paced, with responsibility for coordinating across disciplines, managing ambiguity, and delivering customer value. It is open to experienced project managers and early-career professionals with strong potential, offering broad business exposure and opportunities to learn and grow. The position requires travel of 10–20%, depending on project needs, and is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. The stated salary range is $62,700 to $167,700. The position is also eligible for commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives under the applicable plan terms. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Project management experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, or engineering environments.
PMP certification or formal project management training.
Experience with ERP, PDM/PLM, Smartsheet, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar business systems.

Responsibilities

Develop technical proposals that align customer needs with Intralox solutions.
Lead equipment projects from order through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and deployment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Service.
Manage project scope, schedules, priorities, risks, and customer expectations.
Translate technical discussions into clear plans and actionable next steps.
Resolve issues, drive decisions, and maintain project momentum.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and project execution.
