About The Position

The role of Creative Project Manager is designed to develop and refine project management skills. Project mastery of internal processes and ownership of workflow is key to yield high quality client deliverables. They are responsible for routing internal jobs through the life cycle of a project, keeping the internal teams informed, and ensuring collaboration all the way through to successful completion. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required

  • Knowledge of Asana
  • Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing

Responsibilities

  • Regularly project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers)
  • AI integration
  • Keeping communication, documentation, and updates visible to teams
  • Scheduling team meetings and including clear agendas and goals.
  • Capturing meeting notes, consolidating feedback,
  • Facilitate communication between multiple departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and others as needed.
  • Foresee/identify potential problems while proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
  • Oversee project planning with projects that will grow in size.
  • Managing designer and editor schedules and workflows
  • Observing occasional pitches for new business.
  • Eventually taking on a small client to manage while assisting a Sr. PM on a larger client.
  • Fostering collaboration among global teammates, spanning LATAM and US hubs alongside distributed staff
