About The Position

Cascade Fence & Deck is hiring a Project Manager to manage outdoor living construction projects from start to finish. The company builds high-end fences, decks, patio covers, and saunas. This is a hands-on role with regular time in the field, working with crews, homeowners, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and profitably.

The position offers independence, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company. The Project Manager will help improve processes and project profitability while maintaining quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Construction experience and an understanding of how things are built.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions independently.

• Ability to manage people, solve problems, and get things done.
