About The Position

American Home Design is seeking experienced independent outdoor living installers and installation crews to complete projects throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Projects include patio covers, screen rooms, sunrooms and enclosures, and other outdoor living products. Installers bring the skill and craftsmanship, while the company provides a consistent pipeline of sold projects and local production and installation support. The opportunity offers stated potential earnings of $100K+ annually, weekly payments for completed work, and the opportunity for additional performance incentive payments. Project availability and earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on projects accepted and completed, project volume, scope of work, availability, experience, and other factors. Incentive payments are subject to program terms and eligibility requirements. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Contractors provide their own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew as applicable. Requirements

• Experience with patio covers, screen rooms, sunrooms, decks, carpentry, remodeling, or similar residential construction.
• Strong carpentry and construction skills.
• Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and install accurately.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete accepted projects efficiently and professionally.
• Professional customer communication and jobsite conduct.
• Truck and trailer suitable for installation work.
• Necessary tools and equipment.
• Independent contractors must provide their own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew as applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Two-person crews preferred.
