Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of project management or related industry experience.
- Familiarity with installation and invoicing workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
- Basic to intermediate project management skills with strong organizational ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Regularly required to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Frequently required to use hands to operate a keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, or move within an office or production facility environment.
- Must be able to lift and handle items weighing up to 25 lbs on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to visually inspect signage proofs, samples, or installation documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision for extended periods of screen use.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing on a regular basis.
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification or working towards is considered an asset.
- Signage or equivalent industry experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery.
- Contribute to proposal, onboarding, and delivery phases of initial contract and order acquisition.
- Interpret applicable codes, review sign families, and recommend artwork.
- Prepare project proposals.
- Support projects through engineering, manufacturing, installation, and invoicing phases.
- Reference designs, specifications, estimates, contracts, and engineering drawings to direct sign projects in a timely manner.
- Manage communications between customers, landlords, subcontractors, and permitting departments.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and establish subcontractor guidelines.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and manage installation costs.
- Manage accruals and project closeouts.
- Ensure all project information and status updates are posted to internal and customer-facing business systems accurately and on time.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
