The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring projects, quotes, and customer deliverables are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This person has a solid understanding of project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, with business experience.
  • Project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, quoting, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Experience managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ECRs (Engineering Change Requests), including corrective actions and resolution tracking.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in project management software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring project and quote performance; ensuring schedules, priorities, and customer expectations are effectively managed; and driving consistent execution across all assigned projects.
  • Coordinating with cross functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations to support shop priorities and customer needs.
  • Execution and coordination of NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and ECR (Engineering Change Request) activities, ensuring proper documentation, timely resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and effective communication across departments.
  • Maintaining job packets, post-rebuild reports, and part-cart check assurance.
  • Participating in weekly PM meetings, production meetings, and lead meetings to ensure they are conducted effectively and are driving results.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing, including managing the procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
