The Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for complex, high-impact initiatives that advance the child behavioral health training program as a national model. Serving as the lead for project governance, planning, and performance management, the position ensures alignment across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and organizational objectives. In partnership with executive leadership, the Project Manager establishes project goals, evaluates emerging risks and opportunities, and develops recommendations to address complex operational and strategic challenges. The position exercises substantial independent judgment in setting priorities, determining project approaches, resolving barriers, and adapting strategies to achieve desired outcomes. The Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing analysis, recommendations, and decision-support related to project performance, operational effectiveness, and organizational alignment. The position synthesizes information from diverse sources, identifies trends and implications, and influences decisions that impact project success and broader organizational operations. This role requires the ability to navigate competing priorities, build consensus among stakeholders, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Reporting to the Senior Director and Chief of Staff, the Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability in managing assigned initiatives and advancing organizational goals.
