The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs from definition through execution and launch, with a strong focus on new product development, commercialization, and product lifecycle initiatives for sourced and manufactured goods. This role involves managing projects using a structured Stage-Gate / phase-gate approach, ensuring clear scope definition, gate readiness, decision-making, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional accountability. The Project Manager will drive accountability across teams to meet timelines, scope, and financial targets, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and coordinate product development and commercialization activities across various departments and external partners. Additionally, the role involves partnering with leaders to define program priorities, ensure resource alignment to high-value initiatives, and support portfolio reviews by providing clear visibility to project status, risks, and investment needs. A key responsibility is designing, building, and maintaining a program health dashboard to track milestones, risks, resource allocation, financial performance, and Stage-Gate status. The Project Manager will translate complex program data into clear executive insights and serve as the central point of coordination and communication across all stakeholders, including senior leadership, product, engineering, operations, supply chain, sourcing/procurement, quality, finance, sales, manufacturing sites, and external partners.
