About The Position

Creative Works is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to help us bring our amazing attractions to reality for our clients; Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Escape Rooms, VR and more. Our PMs work with our internal teams to transition sold projects through the Sales, Design/Engineering, Production, and Installation stages of our Buyers’ Journey. This role is instrumental in coordinating with our clients’ architects and general contractors to ensure smooth execution and installation. This is critical to our WHY at Creative Works: to make powerful emotions and memories through immersive attractions.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Project Management experience
  • Proven experience using formal project management software (Wrike, Asana, Basecamp, Monday, etc.)
  • Embody a “stewardship” mentality to fully own a project from start to finish, and make sure the project is successful for both the client and the company
  • Ability to focus on details and take thorough notes to make sure client deliverables aren’t missed
  • Comfortable solving problems on a regular basis, even when you’ve never experienced the problem before
  • Ability to manage time when working on multiple client projects concurrently

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with sales consultants on projects just prior to a sale closing
  • Serves as the point of contact for internal teams to make sure each department has what they need as the project progresses through Design/Engineering, Production, and Installation stages.
  • Coordinates with clients’ General Contractors and Architects about space planning and site prep for installation
  • Manages many projects at once, all with overlapping timelines
  • Communicates with the client regularly via email, phone calls, and video calls to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Adjusts schedules and targets on the project based on client timelines, payments, or scope changes
  • Books and manages travel arrangements for the project installation teams
  • Occasionally communicates with install team members and provides help outside the typical 8am-5pm business hours
