About The Position

Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah, dedicated to delivering the unchanging Word of God to a changing world through various media channels. With a mission to communicate Bible Strong content with theological and creative excellence, the ministry reaches approximately 3 billion people globally. The Project Manager for the Development department reports directly to the Development Projects & Team Support Director. This role is responsible for leading, managing, assisting, and supporting department projects and events.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in project management for a minimum of two years.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Teams software.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with others both in person and online.
  • Ability to talk with a smile and demonstrated a servant’s attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and translation of project needs into actionable items.
  • Must be organized, self-starter, and capable of working independently.
  • Must be a like-minded believer and share our passion to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ClickUp is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a Christian ministry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and manages projects from planning and administration, tasks, team collaboration, tracking, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Participates in project planning stages and audience experience.
  • Handles project intake meetings, including necessary data, collaborative details, due dates, other assigned tasks, and basic matters and problems, with referring more complex issues to the Director.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support role on assigned projects and events within Development and/or the Project Management team.
  • Updates the Development Projects & Team Support Director on project status, details, and calendar on a weekly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
