About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in Insurance.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, testing, release management, and change management processes.
  • Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead project execution and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
  • Track and report project performance using established KPIs and metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks proactively.
  • Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support testing, deployment, and transition-to-support activities.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams.
