About The Position

This hybrid position is responsible for driving both strategic technology initiatives and hands-on project delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned, scalable, and well-controlled. It also ensures the ongoing stability, resilience, and risk management of applications that enable key business partner capabilities. The role involves managing business requirements and expectations to deliver technology capabilities across multiple strategies and projects, and leading development teams in partnership with project management to deliver capabilities on time and within budget. The Project Manager identifies and manages risks/dependencies, quantifies their impact on the business/technology, and determines appropriate controls. Strong knowledge of products and services at a functional and data level within their business area is required, along with participation in the development or integration of lean/efficiency initiatives into technology. The role also requires the ability to perform or support continuous integration and deployment activities and an understanding of DevOps culture. The Project Manager uses a combination of factual and emotional points to exert influence and receives agreement to ideas by identifying and working collaboratively with specific stakeholders and managers.
