About The Position

The Project Manager will support the strategy, delivery, and ongoing performance of our consumer and small‑business debit card portfolio within the Payments organization. This role focuses on data analysis, product support, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination to help ensure our debit products meet customer needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and deliver strong business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Familiarity with network (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) and regulatory mandates, as well as technical requirements impacting debit and checking products
  • Experience with Hogan systems (especially CAMS, CIS, DDA, ODS, PAS) and systems knowledge of Base24 and V400.
  • Strong working experience with tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Dragonboat
  • Familiar and experienced in Agile ways of working
  • Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
  • Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervising their use
  • Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong project management, organization and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Extensive knowledge of a business line or function area

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature.
  • Initiate root‑cause analysis and corrective actions when discrepancies or issues are identified.
  • Ensure debit products comply with all required regulations, including Reg E and network rules.
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams on issue remediation, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support Potential Issues Management (PIM) processes where required.
